The ORION thermometer is used for measuring temperature when preparing meat and other delicacies in a smoker. This mechanical thermometer with an analogue dial is made of stainless steel and glass. The extended probe ensures accurate temperature readings inside the smoker; simply insert it through the hole in the door and secure it on the inside with the included wing nut. The values are displayed on a scale with 10°C increments. The ORION smoker thermometer is not suitable for use in an oven.
