Manufacturing process

The old rye hunting reserve differs from the basic version of the distillate by a longer aging time in white oak barrels. First, the rye brandy itself travels to them for 3 years, and then it lies for another year together with a secret combination of dried fruit. At the end of this process, there is a drink with a strong whiskey character and the signature of oak barrels, to which pleasantly sweet, spicy notes of fruit from the orchard are added at the end.

And how best to enjoy a mature Reserve?

Alone at room temperature or on ice, but also as a base for mixed drinks. Try, for example, an unconventional combination with lemon juice and tonic or ginger lemonade.
