Manual

For first use, spray once empty to loosen the nozzle.

Cleaning and moisturizing the nasal mucosa:

Hold the head upright and insert the nozzle into the nostril. Inject once or twice into each nostril. Let the excess solution run off and then blow dry.

Cleaning the nasal cavity:

Tilt the head to the side and insert the nozzle into the upper nostril. Inject once longer (press the nozzle for 2-3 seconds). Let the excess solution flow out through the other nostril and then blow your nose.

After each use, clean the nozzle with warm water and dry.
