Especially in colder weather, our immune system could use a boost. We can get cold more easily, we get less sunlight which helps make vitamin D, and we may eat less fresh fruit and vegetables. Supradyn Immune effervescent tablets contain vitamin D and zinc in addition to high levels of vitamin C and contribute to the proper immune function of our body. Vitamin C also contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, as well as reducing the rate of fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin D is produced in our skin by sunlight, but in autumn and winter there is significantly less of it. Supradyn Immune helps to replenish the necessary amount of vitamin D even in months when our skin is not exposed to much sun. It is intended for adults and children over 12 years of age.

When we are feeling weak or struggling with the flu or a cold, vitamin C intake from food may not be sufficient, Supradyn Immune can help you replenish it.
- Vitamin D - is produced in the skin by UV radiation. However, the intensity of sunlight fluctuates throughout the year, so in certain cases it is advisable to supplement vitamin D through dietary supplements such as Supradyn Immune.
- Zinc - is a mineral that contributes to the normal function of the immune system, as an antioxidant it helps to protect cells from oxidative stress and contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, hair, nails and skin. The human body cannot create zinc on its own, so it is important to supplement it with foods rich in zinc or dietary supplements.
Ingredients
One effervescent tablet contains: L-ascorbic acid; acidity regulator (sodium bicarbonate); acidifying agent (citric acid); filler (isomalt); acidifying agent (malic acid); dye (beta-carotene); acidity regulator (sodium carbonate); aroma (orange aroma); zinc citrate; sweetener (acesulfame K); sodium chloride; sweetener (sucralose); cholecalciferol.
Recommended dosage
Supradyn Immune is suitable for short-term use at times when the body may lack the necessary vitamins, especially in autumn and winter. One effervescent tablet is taken daily. Choose the time of day that works best for you. We recommend taking Supradyn Immune at the same time each day with meals to facilitate the absorption of fat-soluble vitamin D. It can be used by adults and children from 12 years of age. Dissolve the effervescent tablet in a large glass of water (approximately 300 ml). Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
