Contains vitamins biotin, pantothenic acid, niacin, B1, B2, B6, B12 and C, which contribute to normal energy metabolism. Folic acid, vitamin A, B12, B6, C and D contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Biotin (vitamin H) helps maintain healthy hair and skin.
B vitamins (B1, B2, B6) are involved in the normal functioning of energy metabolism, as well as in the functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 contributes to the normal production of red blood cells and is involved in the process of cell division. Vitamin A helps maintain the normal condition of the skin and eyesight. Vitamin D3 supports the absorption of calcium and ensures proper mineralization of bone tissues, teeth and muscles. Vitamin C accelerates the absorption of iron and is involved in redox processes in the body, contributes to energy metabolism, supports the production of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, bones cartilage, gums, skin and teeth. Vitamin E is a physiological antioxidant that protects cell membranes from oxidative stress. Biotin supports energy metabolism and contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients. Biotin is also considered a “beautiful vitamin“. Biotin helps maintain the normal condition of hair, skin and mucous membranes.

Recommended dosage

1 tablet daily dissolved in 200 ml of water.
