This fast tele-zoom lens is designed for digital SLR cameras with a large image sensor. It is characterized by its high speeds and compact dimensions, making it easy to capture the highest quality photos. It has a permanent MFD (minimum focusing distance) that starts at 0.95m through the full zoom range, an excellent 1:3.1 magnification at f=200mm and an optimal internal focusing system (IF). It allows the user to cover a range of focal lengths from 70mm to 200mm when mounted on a digital SLR camera with a large image sensor and it provides a range of 109mm to 310mm, equivalent to a 7°59' viewing angle, when mounted on a digital SLR camera with a small APS-C sensor.
