Recommended Dosage
Adults and adolescents from 15 years: 1 capsule daily. Swallow the capsule whole with water, or squeeze the contents into food. Can be taken long-term if required.
Warnings
Not suitable for children under 15 years. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a dry place at temperatures up to 25°C. Protect from direct sunlight. Consume the capsules immediately after removing them from the blister pack. Suitable for coeliacs, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
