The Tescoma Delícia decorated roulade templates are designed for preparing two-colour patterned desserts. The set contains three plastic templates with heart, flower and ornamental motifs. Simply place the template on a baking tray, apply a thin layer of batter to create the pattern, add a thicker layer of different coloured batter on top, and bake the sponge. Once filled and rolled, you'll have a roulade with a colourful design on the surface. The tools can also be used for dusting flat desserts with sugar or cocoa. They are sized to fit Tescoma Delícia trays measuring 41×27 centimetres and other similarly sized trays. The package includes original recipes. The templates are made of durable, recyclable plastic and are dishwasher safe.
