Thermal Grizzly CPU Contact Frame Intel 1700 LT is a mounting aid for Intel motherboards with LGA1700 socket. The Contact Frame replaces the standard motherboard ILM and improves the cooling performance of the CPU cooler through optimized contact pressure. It is made by injection molding from an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer that has 15 percent glass fiber content for additional stability.

The frame is only compatible with CPUs whose Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS) has not been ground by more than 0.2 millimeters. When assembling, make sure there are no electronic components under the frame.
