The hot-air exchanger connects to the stove's flue pipe. The exchanger is effectively an extended flue pipe, increasing the surface area through which the flue pipes can radiate heat, thus significantly boosting the stove's performance. Made from 0.5mm thick sheet metal, the paint is fired at 600°C.
