What does "RHP" mean?

The RHP refers to the amount of vitamins or minerals that a person should take in a day to meet their basic nutritional requirements and to avoid deficiency of these substances. This value replaced the recommended daily allowance (RDA)

Recommended dosage

15 - 30 drops 3 times a day. The tincture can be added to a cold drink. Do not take long-term, it could raise blood pressure.

Storage

Keep dry at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight or in freezing conditions.
