Head massage:
Select and attach your preferred scalp massage head (soft or coarse). Turn the device on and adjust the intensity to your comfort. Gently massage from the hairline to the crown of the head and then down the sides of the head to stimulate circulation. Move the massage head from the top of the head down to the back of the head to finish massaging the entire scalp and release tension.
Face Cleansing:
Put on the brush head to clean your face, wet your face and brush and apply your favourite cleanser. Gently move the device over the face: T-zone (forehead, nose) 20 s, cheeks 15 s each side, chin 10 s and neck 30 s. Rinse your face with water, turn off the device and continue with your normal skin care routine.
