Azul: Mini

Azul: Mini is a travel version of the popular board game Azul, inspired by Moorish decorative tiles. Azul is an abstract board game in which players try to build a glamorous mosaic wall for the Royal Palace in Evora. Players choose coloured tiles from the ceramic workshops and stack them according to the given rules in preparatory rows on their player boards. From these rows, they move them to their mosaic wall at the end of each round. The Azul game ends when a player manages to fill at least one full horizontal row on his wall with tiles. Players earn victory points for each tile placed on the wall, for completed vertical and horizontal rows and for sets of 5 tiles of the same colour. The winner is the one who collects the most points for his mosaic. Reversible player boards of Azul: Mini will offer you 2 slightly different variants of the game. The main advantages of this mini version are its compact size and practical accessories that allow you to play it anywhere. You will especially appreciate the plastic board covers with protrusions for placing the pieces or the point counter with sliding pointers. The Azul game is designed for 2 to 4 players aged 8 and up. One game takes approximately 45 minutes.
