Mamoli Il Leudo 1:32 kit

Mamoli Il Leudo 1:32 kit
The kit of the non-floating historical model of the sailing ship MAMOLI Il Leudo is in 1:32 scale. The origin of the ship is quite uncertain. Probably the Leudo is a medieval ship with two masts leaning towards the bow with sails folded down. In the package you will find Czech instructions, wooden parts, rails, fittings, rigging, plans, etc. The hull has a characteristic egg shape with a very pronounced bow for adverse weather conditions. The cargo was agricultural tools, handmade goods and fabrics in the Mediterranean.

Mamoli models
The Mamoli non-floating boat kits are very popular, thanks to the large selection of models with many elements at an attractive price. The parts of the kit are carved using modern laser technology, which ensures that the individual parts fit perfectly. All accessories in the set are made of wood and metal and are largely pre-machined. Anyone who longs for their own custom boat must prepare to be busy in the evenings for many weeks or months. It means having a certain skill and knowledge of leverage with different materials, adhesives, paints and varnishes. The kit contains mainly basic building materials, building bases and many small or miniature parts and decorations.

Recommended equipment for building the model
It is recommended to buy tools, glue and paint for the construction. We recommend the Modelcraft Ship Modeler Tool Set (12 piece set) or the Modelcraft Modeler Tool Set (18 piece set). It is also recommended to purchase nylon clamps and indispensable modeling pins. For finishing, precision cutting, gluing of parts and also as a protection of the table it is recommended to use a modelling mat. For bonding, universal dispersion adhesive and Robitronic medium instant adhesive (20 ml) are recommended. For painting acrylic enamel paints. The paints are applied with quality brushes - flat brushes for larger areas and round brushes for details.
