The TURBOAIR CERTOSA IX/A/90/PB cooker hood can be used for extraction to the outside, or with a recirculation filter to purify the air within the room. The hood has an air outlet to draw kitchen fumes out of the ventilated space (the extraction pipe is not included with the cooker hood). Connect the cooker hood to an extraction pipe with the same diameter as the air outlet (connecting flange). If it is not possible to vent cooking fumes and steam to the outside, the cooker hood can be used in its filtering mode by fitting the deflector to the chimney and installing a carbon filter, which returns the fumes and steam to the kitchen through the upper grille. The extractor is equipped with a control panel to adjust the extraction speed and switch on the worktop lighting. The minimum distance between the pan supports on the hob and the lowest part of the cooker hood must be no less than 50cm for electric cookers and 70cm for gas or mixed cookers.
