URODEL D-Mannose is a dietary supplement, in the form of sachets for water, containing D-mannose, FOS (fructooligosaccha- rides) and lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus LA14.

D-mannose

A simple, inherent sugar that coats the lining of the bladder. It is a white powder that dissolves quickly when poured into water. D-mannose is released from the bloodstream into the urine within 60 minutes. Peak blood levels of D-mannose are reached 60 to 90 minutes after oral administration. After absorption into the body, it is not fully metabolised and is excreted almost unchanged by the kidneys.
