Recommended dosage
Take 3 capsules daily. Always take the capsules with plenty of fluids, ideally water. Don't chew the capsules, swallow them whole. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Taking magnesium bisglycinate is suitable for physically active individuals who have an increased need for magnesium intake. It is suitable for use with meals or in the evening, as glycine has a calming and relaxing effect. It can be combined with the use of Magnesium Malate, but in this case it is advisable to choose half the dosage so that the total magnesium intake is not too high.
