In natural triglyceride form with a variety of benefits
Our fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids in the form of triglycerides - a naturally occurring form found in nature. Unlike the cheaper ethyl esters often used in the manufacture of omega-3 MK supplements, triglycerides are more easily absorbed and provide more benefits to the body. It contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, normal heart function, and the maintenance of normal vision.

High oxidation stability due to gentle processing
- Omega-3 fatty acids are prone to oxidation, which occurs when they contact air and which reduces their effectiveness. The Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega-3 (GOED) has therefore set strict limits for the oxidative stability of fish oils.

Fish oil from anchovies from fisheries
The fish oil contained in the capsules is produced exclusively in Norway by GC Rieber VivoMega AS, which has been processing fish oil for more than 100 years. The Friend of the Sea and Marin Trust certifications attest to the integrity and transparency of the fishery.
Regular monitoring for harmful contaminants
Vivo Mega fish oil has several times stricter limits on the maximum permissible content of heavy metals and other contaminants that can be present in fish oil. In addition, it checks for contaminants that are not found in competing products.

Recommended dosage
1 capsule per day:
Normal adult population, pregnant and lactating women, children from 3 years of age, recreational athletes.
2 capsules per day:
Performance athletes, people at risk of cardiovascular disease, seniors.
3 capsules per day:
Professional athletes, people with high physical load, people at high risk of cardiovascular disease.
Omega-3 fatty acids should be taken regularly every day, but long-term use is also possible, especially if the diet lacks sufficient fatty fish. Some studies show that omega-3 fatty acids rich in EPA can also support recovery after exercise - in this case, we recommend taking a 2X higher dose and taking it immediately after the end of the training unit.
