The product is based on a specially formulated blend of vitamins, minerals and plant extracts, with optimized vitamin B1 content, B2, B3, B5, B12 and D3. The name "High Five Multivitamin" is based on the increased representation of vitamin B5 in the overall composition of the product. Vitamin B5 is quite essential in relation to stress management, supports the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters, contributes to normal mental activity and supports normal energy metabolism.
Gentle on the digestive system
The basic formula of the product contains specially buffered vitamin C, vegan vitamin D, bioactive carotenoids from a natural source, grape seed extract, balanced B-complex, fully organic minerals (chelate bond) including selenium, chrome, iron, zinc. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Iron is important for the production of haemoglobin and red blood cells. This formula contains iron bisglycinate, a form of iron that is gentle on the digestive system. Zinc is a mineral essential for many bodily processes including the maintenance of normal cognitive function, vision, fertility and reproduction, hair, skin and nails, and the immune system.
