This product contains potassium citrate and magnesium citrate, biologically active forms of potassium and magnesium. The effect of both these substances is very well known to all athletes and anyone who undergoes great physical or mental stress. The supplement is designed to support areas such as muscle mass and fluid balance. One capsule contains 99 mg of potassium and 50 mg of magnesium.
Potassium and magnesium citrate - an easily absorbed form to support cellular energy
Potassium citrate is an organic form of potassium where the potassium is linked by a chelate bond to citric acid. Magnesium citrate is an organic (chelated) form of magnesium where magnesium is chelated with citric acid. This form is highly water soluble, well absorbed and ideal for a boost - citric acid is a key component of the Citrate Cycle, during which ingested food is converted into energy in the form of ATP. It is the main energy source of the cell.
Magnesium and its uses

Recommended dosage
