Why take Vitamin D3?
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) in the form of lichen extract. Vitamin D is needed for calcium absorption, thus affecting the condition of bones and teeth, it is needed for the immune system, muscles and its properties are also related to the psychological state. The body produces this vitamin by transforming itself after exposure to sunlight. It can also be found in animal products, but the vitamin D3 in this supplement is derived from a vegan source - lichen. The form of vitamin D contained in the supplement, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), is identical to the form that is naturally produced by our body through a biochemical process from cholesterol after exposure to sunlight. Vitamin D3 is also found in animal products, where it usually comes from lanolin from sheep's wool, which is artificially irradiated to mimic the reaction in the body. Vitamin D3 is obtained by gentle extraction from lichen and is completely free of synthetic additives.

Packaging
The base consists of glass bottles made of so-called amber glass, which protect the contents from light and heat. They can also be reused. The product label is made with a special adhesive that dissolves. This allows easy separation of the label and the glass, so that both elements can be reused. The caps on the bottles are made of aluminium. The packaging is currently being gradually updated and upgraded - in the original version, the product is wrapped in a transparent cornstarch seal. In the new version, an anti-tamper seal is used under the product cap. You can thus temporarily see both types of products in the offer - the quality is of course identical.
