Vitabalans LactaNON is a dietary supplement designed to support lactose digestion in lactose intolerant individuals. The product contains the enzyme lactase, which helps to break down lactose into simpler sugars that are more easily digested and absorbed by the body.
Lactose intolerance
Lactose intolerance is a condition where the body cannot properly digest lactose - a sugar found in milk and dairy products. This condition is manifested by digestive problems such as abdominal pain, bloating, cramps and diarrhoea, which can occur after consuming dairy products. It is an enzymatic disorder caused by a deficiency or absence of the enzyme lactase, which can have various causes.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 tablet before or during a meal that contains lactose. Swallow the tablet with a glass of water. If necessary, you can take two tablets depending on the amount of lactose in the food or according to your own lactose tolerance. Take no more than 8 tablets per day.
