Vitamin E-Zentiva has an important role in the body. It is involved in oxidoreduction processes in the metabolism of the basic components of the cell and stabilizes some hormones and enzymes. It prevents the formation of toxic oxidation products and the formation of free oxygen radicals that are harmful to the body. Without consulting a doctor, vitamin E can be taken to prevent deficiency and for its powerful antioxidant effect on many substances during excessive physical exertion and to support immune processes.
Dosage and method of use
Unless otherwise recommended by a physician, adults and children over 12 years of age usually take 200-400 mg daily after meals. This daily dose is equivalent to 1 - 2 capsules of Vitamin E 200-Zentiva. The capsules are taken with 200 ml of liquid without chewing.
Contraindications
Do not take Vitamin E-Zentiva if you are allergic to vitamin E (tocopherol-alpha-acetate) or to any of the other ingredients in this product; in children under 3 years of age.

Storage
Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging (box, label) by the abbreviation "EXP".
