Vitar Kids Omega 3 with vitamins D and E is a dietary supplement in capsule form. The flavored soft gelatin capsules have a tutti frutti flavor that perfectly masks the taste of fish oil.
Vitar Kids Omega 3
The unsaturated fatty acids EPA and DHA, better known collectively as Omega 3, are essential. That is, those that are necessary for the body to function, but it cannot make them on its own and must be supplied in the diet. The most well-known source of Omega-3 fatty acids is fish oil. BioPure DHA is a fish oil processed and flavoured in such a way that the fishy (pa)taste is completely suppressed and only the added delicious taste of fruit remains. EPA and DHA support normal heart function (a beneficial effect is achieved with 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day). DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (a beneficial effect is achieved when 250 mg of DHA is taken daily). Vitamin D helps maintain normal bones, muscles and teeth. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Recommended dosage
Children from 3 to 8 years of age:
