An exercise ball with a size of 60-65 cm
The 60–65 cm ball size is the most versatile option. It's perfect for homes and offices where different users take turns sitting. From an ergonomic perspective, this size is ideal for people approximately 155–180 cm tall, but because you can adjust the amount of air, taller individuals up to 200 cm can also use it comfortably, especially when sitting at a standard-height desk of 72–76 cm. You can finely adjust the seating height according to your preference and weight using the inflatable construction. The VLUV Bol balance ball is designed for a load of up to 150 kg, ensuring high durability even with daily use. Its low weight makes the ball easy to handle, carry, and move around as needed.
