Using the Waterpulse YT-300

How to use the WaterPulse Teapot? Fill a bowl with warm water (not hot), add a teaspoon of salt and stir. Screw on the top of the teapot and turn it upside down, bring it to one nostril and press the valve at the bottom of the bottle with your finger. This will release the fluid. After cleaning one nostril, blow out the mucus. Repeat the same operation for the other nostril.
