Recommended dosage
The recommended daily dose contains 2 capsules. Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule at midday, ideally at the same time of day. It is recommended to take with food (after a few bites). If the product is well tolerated and you want to promote satiety, you can take a capsule 15-30 minutes before a meal - but always wash it down with plenty of water. The product is suitable for long-term use in accordance with the recommended dosage. The duration of use is individual and may vary according to personal preference and lifestyle. Only through regular use at approximately the same time of day can you best evaluate the effect. We recommend to evaluate after 4-8 weeks.
Notice
It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not for use by children and adolescents under 18 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of small children. If you are taking medications (especially antidiabetic/blood glucose medications), consult your physician before taking. Always drink plenty of water and ensure sufficient fluid intake throughout the day. Caffeine can affect gastric comfort and taste patterns in more sensitive individuals. We recommend taking the product at least 1 hour apart from a larger dose of coffee and monitor your own tolerance. Alcohol can impair self-control around food and disrupt the regime. We therefore recommend avoiding mutual consumption.
Storage
Protect from heat, frost and moisture. Once opened, store in a dry place up to 25 °C, carefully sealed and use within 4 months. The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by improper use or storage.
