PTZ camera technology
PTZ camera technology PTZ stands for Pan Tilt and Zoom. It is a camera used for surveillance with remote control of direction and zoom. Panning and tilting are part of the physical movement of the camera, while the zoom function is the movement of the lens that changes its focal length and focus. With the WOOX Home app, you can monitor and react to everything you see in real time. The ability to rotate 350° and tilt 75° provides greater flexibility to achieve the perfect image. Thanks to the micro SD slot, you can store recordings on a micro SD card up to 128 GB (not included). It records in Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) for complete clarity of captured images. There is also an option to store video material in the app via a cloud-based solution (subscription-based).
Reacts to movement
The camera reacts to movement, so if someone walks past the 4G camera in the 125° field of view, the camera will react. It analyses the shapes of people thanks to its AI-powered human motion detection, allowing you to set it to detect only human movements, saving you from unnecessary alarms. If you want, it will automatically start recording and you will also receive a push notification on your smartphone. Notifications appear as pop-up messages on your smartphone without you having to open the app, meaning you're instantly notified and can react very quickly. The multi-user function allows multiple people to access the camera at the same time.
Night vision and two-way communication
The camera can see clearly at night thanks to the colour night vision function, which offers a range of approximately 12 metres. The camera has a spotlight function to display colours at night thanks to 4 pcs of improved infrared LEDs and 4 pcs of spotlights. The R4250 4G is equipped with a microphone and a noise-canceling speaker. Two-way audio communication works perfectly so you can talk to someone near the 4G camera and communicate with them even when you're not at home. The camera has a wide-angle lens with a 125° angle of view, which allows a very long surveillance range. In addition, the camera also supports an alarm and siren function to deter intruders.
