Wüsthof AMICI Santoku Knife 17cm GP

The Wüsthof AMICI forged santoku knife combines precise German craftsmanship with Italian design. The stainless-steel blade is forged from a single piece of metal and set into an ergonomically shaped handle. This is made from Calabrian olive wood, with a unique grain that makes every single knife an original. The knife is the perfect tool for slicing and chopping vegetables and herbs, as well as meat and fish. A half bolster protects your fingers while allowing easy sharpening along the entire length of the blade.

Precise craftsmanship and unique materials

This knife is forged from a single piece of steel in Solingen, Germany, the historic centre of cutlery craftsmanship. The full-tang construction means the steel runs through the entire length of the handle, giving the knife superb balance and durability. The handle is crafted from olive wood sourced from Calabria in Italy. The natural and always unique wood grain guarantees that each knife is a true original. A half bolster ensures safety and control during slicing, protecting your fingers from slipping onto the blade.

To preserve the quality of the blade and the wooden handle, do not wash the knife in the dishwasher. Gentle hand washing is recommended.
