Set an optical resolution of up to 600×600DPI for both colour and black-and-white originals, with direct scanning to PC, network folders, USB flash drives, or FTP servers. Save your scans in standard formats (JPEG and PDF) as well as advanced archival and secure formats like PDF/A and TIFF. Scan documents directly from the flatbed glass or use the duplex automatic document feeder (DADF) on top of the printer, which holds up to 50 sheets of paper. The Xerox C325DNI scans at speeds of up to 40 pages per minute in both black and white and colour.

For efficient and economical printing, the C325DNI uses four separate and easy-to-replace CMYK toner cartridges (black, cyan, magenta, and yellow). These are available in standard or high-capacity options. The package includes a starter set of print cartridges, each with a capacity of 1000 pages (black cartridge up to 1500 pages).
