The Xiaomi Hair Clipper 2 is driven by a powerful motor with two speed modes, ensuring a clean and precise cut for both fine and very thick hair. A smart system maintains a constant power and speed during cutting, which also ensures smooth operation without the risk of the blade getting clogged with hair and subsequently jamming.

The hair clipper is equipped with an all-metal blade with a double coating of vacuum DLC and graphene, which is very sharp, durable and gentle on the skin. The blade offers 5 setting levels for very short cuts (0.5, 0.8, 1.1, 1.4 and 1.7mm). The set also includes two trimming combs, which are adjustable in 2mm increments for optimal results. The first comb allows for a cutting length of 2–14mm (buzz cuts), while the second attachment with a range of 16–28mm is designed for longer trims.

Handling the Hair Clipper 2 is made easy by its ergonomic handle with a matte finish, which is pleasant to the touch and comfortable to hold. The body of the clipper also has a waterproof design with an IPX7 rating, so you can thoroughly rinse and wash the head and body of the clipper directly under running water. The device is not intended for prolonged immersion in water.

The clipper is powered by a high-capacity battery that provides it with enough energy for up to 3 hours of use (in high-power mode). With support for both USB and USB-C charging, you can charge the battery from a standard socket, a computer or laptop, a car's USB charging port, or any other compatible device. Charging the battery to full capacity takes approximately 2.5 hours. The clipper can also be powered from a standard 230V socket using the included power adapter.
