Quiet operation and reliability
At the heart of the fan is a fluid dynamic bearing (FDB). A thin layer of oil is maintained between its moving parts, which reduces direct contact between metal surfaces and dampens vibrations. This principle significantly reduces operating noise to 19dB while extending the mechanical durability and overall lifespan of the fan compared to standard sleeve bearings.
Designed for efficient cooling
The rotor blades have a specifically shaped profile that directs airflow and reduces turbulence. At a constant speed of 4500 RPM, the blade design creates a focused stream of air, generating an airflow of up to 11.72m³/h. This is sufficient for localised heat dissipation from components that heat up in densely packed systems.
Connecting the PC fan
Installation is simple thanks to a standard 3-pin connector with a 300mm cable, which connects directly to the motherboard or a power adapter. The fan operates at a fixed speed with no speed control, simplifying the connection and setup of the cooling system. The 3-pin connector is used to transmit speed information. The package also includes four mounting screws.
