Dosage and method of use
Dosing:
The duration and frequency of application of ActiMaris Forte should be adapted to the condition of the wound. Cover moistened with the product
ActiMaris Forte can be applied to the wound several times a day. There is no limit to the total time or frequency of use. V
application should be continued until all plaques and necroses are easily removed and the wound is visually clean.
Wound dressing and dressing changes are performed depending on the wound condition, indication and stage of healing, from several times a day to once every 2
days.
In case of difficult to remove dressings and coverings, it is recommended to moisten them with ActiMaris Forte solution for at least 5 minutes,
to make them easier to remove without damaging the newly formed tissue.
For wound cleaning, ActiMaris Forte solution can be combined with any inert or other dressings.

ActiMaris Forte solution is suitable for cleansing, reducing inflammation and accelerating healing of acute and especially chronic, poorly healing
or severely infected wounds. ActiMaris Forte solution quickly and significantly reduces inflammation, swelling, pain and wound odor.

For cleaning, moisturizing, decontamination, removal of the coating, reducing inflammation, of the island, odour and to speed up healing:
- Acute wounds (abrasions, cutting, lacerations, blisters, the diaper rash, insect bites), postoperative wounds and scars,
- chronic wounds (tibial and diabetic ulcers, decubitus, necrotic wounds, infectious, stinking wounds, ulcerating tumors, fistulas),
- thermal and chemical wounds (1st to 3rd degree burns),
- entry points of catheters, PEG tubes and drains.
For intraoperative cleaning and rinsing of wounds.
For intrathoracic, peritoneal and ostomy lavage.

How to use ActiMaris Forte solution:
- In cleaning chronic non-healing wounds:
1. First, rinse the wound with water or ActiMaris Forte solution to remove any coarse dirt or plaque.
2. Moisten the sterile cover with ActiMaris Forte solution and apply to the wound. If necessary, we can lightly cover with a bandage.
3. Leave the moistened covering on the wound for at least 10 minutes.
4. Then, if necessary, wipe off / remove other dirt and coatings.
5. The application of the moistened cover can be repeated several times a day depending on the condition of the wound. There is no limit to the time and frequency. It is

6. To accelerate healing, we recommend applying ActiMaris Gel directly to the wound (layer of approx. 1-2 mm) and covering with a sterile cover.
7. Change of bandages with subsequent application of ActiMaris Gel is performed according to the need and condition of the wound, optimally 1 - 2 times a day.
