Adelle Davis Calcium + Magnesium + Vitamin C, powder, 200g

An instant drink containing calcium (calcium) and magnesium (magnesium) in the scientifically tested ratio of 2:1 - that is, two parts calcium (specifically 500 mg in one serving) and one part magnesium (i.e. 250 mg). Calcium and magnesium need an acidic environment to be absorbed into the body, which is why vitamin C and citric acid are also found in the product. CalMag is suitable for anyone who wants to provide their body with a simple way to ensure the intake of key substances - calcium and magnesium. Their lack can cause muscle cramps, strain the nervous system, which can affect restless sleep. Not to mention weakened bones or severe menstrual cramps.

Instructions for use and preparation:
2 teaspoons (8 g) per day.
1. First, shake the jar vigorously.2. Put two teaspoons of powder in a cup and pour boiling water over 1/2 of it.3. Stir until the liquid is clear.4. Add juice or top up with hot water and put in an herbal tea bag.

Storage:
Store in a dry, dark and cool place up to 25 °C in a tightly closed container.

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep out of reach of small children. The specified daily dose must not be exceeded. The dietary supplement must not be taken as a substitute for a varied diet.
