The liposomal form has a higher absorption rate

The biggest drawback of conventional forms of vitamins and other nutritional supplements such as tablets, powders or drinks is that most of the supplement itself is already degraded in the digestive system and only a small fraction of the amount listed on the supplement's packaging reaches its destination in our body. The liposomal form has up to 6 times higher absorption in contrast to the conventional forms. To compare the different forms: capsules, tablets, powder form - absorption up to 20%; vitamin administered by injection directly into a vein - absorption rate approximately 70%; liposomal form - absorption of more than 90%. In very simplified terms, the zinc itself is encased in tiny bubbles (called liposomes, hence the name liposomal, and made by a special process from the natural substance lecithin). These mini bubbles protect vitamin C and also "get along" with the walls of the intestines, thus they easily enter the blood through them and the blood carries them to the cells themselves. It also interacts with them so that the cell very easily receives the "shipment" and therefore more than 90% of the vitamin C gets where it needs to go and is used. In addition, this form does not burden the stomach.
