The AKAI FMT-80BT FM Transmitter is a small but very smart device with a Bluetooth interface that allows you to play music from your mobile phone, music player or USB flash drive through your car radio. Thanks to the built-in microphone with ambient noise cancellation, you can also use the transmitter for convenient hands-free calling, allowing you to fully concentrate on driving. The AKAI FMT-80BT is equipped with a clear LED display and a multifunctional rotary controller with coloured backlighting, which creates a pleasant atmosphere inside the car. Music playback can also be conveniently controlled using voice assistants such as Siri or Google Assistant. There is also a 3.5mm AUX input and two USB ports (PD20W + Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0), which can be used to quickly charge a smartphone or other device while driving.

The AKAI FMT-80BT transmitter is equipped with Bluetooth 5.1 technology with support for AVRCP, HFP and A2DP protocols, which allows for high-quality wireless music streaming from your phone or tablet. After connecting the transmitter to your smartphone, you will also gain access to your own hands-free device. When you receive a call, simply press the answer button and start talking. A built-in microphone with ambient noise cancellation technology will pick up your voice and you will hear the caller's voice through the car's speakers.
Easy control with the multifunctional dial
To pair the AKAI FMT-80BT transmitter with your older car radio, simply plug the device into your car's cigarette lighter (12V or 24V) and start the Auto-Scan function, which will automatically find a free transmission frequency in the range of 87.5–108MHz. Easily accessible controls are used to control playback and other functions, including a large multifunctional rotary dial, which also has an elegant circular backlight. There is also a clear and easy-to-read LED display with yellow characters.
The FMT-80BT transmitter plays music from various sources
The AKAI FMT-80BT transmitter is compatible with a wide range of smart devices, including phones, iPads, MP3 players or tablets, which can be connected wirelessly or via the AUX input (3.5mm jack). In addition, music files (MP3, WAV, APE, FLAC) can be played directly from a USB flash drive with a maximum capacity of 32GB. The device is equipped with two USB connectors that you can also use for direct charging of phones and other small electronics while driving. The USB-C port features Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging technology.
