Chaga (slope rust) grows on the trunks of Siberian birch trees. Traditional Chinese medicine uses this mushroom to support the body's natural defenses. Chaga contains betulin and betulinic acid. In addition, the mushroom contains melanin, which provides the skin with protection against UV damage. Chaga also contains trace minerals, fiber and amino acids and beta glucans. Beta-glucans have the ability to strengthen the immune system and also have antioxidant properties.

Dosing:
1 - 2 capsules per day. Drink enough. The first week one capsule in the morning on an empty stomach. Second week 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon.
Note:
