Aloclair PLUS soothing gel has a mechanical action (creates a barrier) and is designed to manage symptoms caused by aphthae, oral stomatitis, mouth ulcers, irritation and minor injuries of the oral cavity, leads to pain relief and creates a protective film.
Dosage and method of use
Use:
Aloclair PLUS gel has a mechanical action (creates a barrier) and is designed to manage symptoms caused by aphthae, oral stomatitis, mouth sores, oral irritation and minor oral injuries caused by braces and dentures. Its action leads to pain relief by adhering to the surface of the oral mucosa, soothing lesions in the mouth, reducing pain and discomfort. The gel consistency in conjunction with the special applicator is particularly indicated for clearly visible and identified lesions. Aloclair Plus Soothing Gel contains ingredients with high film-forming capacity and high mucoadhesive: forms a protective film as a barrier (or shield) that lasts for more than 12 hours. It protects against external influences and minimizes the risk of further irritation. Aloclair Plus soothing gel adheres to aphthae and lesions in the mouth to limit contact with external agents such as chemical, mechanical or thermal stimuli. Thanks to its protective action, it helps to manage the physiological processes of healing.
Dosing:
For individual minor injuries. After proper oral hygiene, apply 1 or 2 drops of the gel to cover the entire aphthae or wound in the mouth. Avoid direct contact of the applicator with the wound. If access to the wound is difficult, use a clean finger or gauze to apply the gel. Do not touch the wound with your tongue for at least 2 minutes to create a protective film. Close the cap after each application. Use 3-4 times a day or as needed until symptoms disappear. After thirty days of use, discontinue the application for at least one week before applying again. For best results, do not eat or drink for at least one hour after application.
Symptoms:
Afty, aphthous ulcers, aphthous stomatitis, minor injuries in the mouth caused by braces, with badly fitting false teeth, or after a surgical procedure.
Contraindications
This product is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the product.
Notice
Close the cap carefully after each use. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention. This product is not intended for ingestion, but for topical application to the oral cavity. If accidental ingestion occurs, no adverse effects are expected. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging. Do not use if the packaging is damaged or open. The product should only be used by one patient at a time to avoid cross-contamination. Avoid contact with eyes. The product has not been evaluated during pregnancy and lactation. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a physician before use. Suitable for children aged 4 and up. The expiry date refers to the intact and properly stored product.
Storage
Keep out of sight and reach of children. Store in the original packaging in a dry place away from light and heat sources. Do not store in the refrigerator. Store at room temperature.
