The ALPINESTARS ZACA AIR WATERPROOF men's motorcycle jacket is designed for riding in warm weather without sacrificing rain protection. Its construction combines extensive mesh panels for high breathability with stretch softshell fabric panels to ensure freedom of movement. The key feature is a removable waterproof and windproof liner, which adapts the jacket to sudden weather changes. It includes certified protectors and is prepared for airbag systems.

Construction for warm weather riding

The base of the jacket is a 450D polyester fabric, complemented by other materials for comfort. For a high level of breathability, 3D stretch mesh is used on the chest, back, and underarms, allowing air to flow and cool the body. Meanwhile, stretch softshell panels on the chest, shoulders, and neck provide the necessary flexibility and do not restrict your movement when controlling the motorcycle.

Protective features and airbag preparation

Safety is ensured by NUCLEON FLEX PLUS shoulder and elbow insert protectors, which meet Level 1 certification. Protection is further enhanced by external DFS LITE shoulder protectors. The jacket is fully compatible with TECH-AIR®5 and TECH-AIR®3 airbag systems, which allows you to increase the level of passive safety.

Practical details for everyday use

The jacket easily adapts to different conditions thanks to a lightweight and packable inner liner that is windproof and waterproof. For a customised fit, you can adjust the waist and sleeve width using the Velcro straps. The extended back protects the lower back in the riding position. An additional feature is the removable hood with an adjustment that prevents it from inflating while riding. Two external zipped pockets are useful for storing small essentials.
