The beans come from the high altitudes of Honduras, where the coffee cherries mature more slowly, allowing ample time to develop their full flavour potential. This coffee is ideal for espresso and, thanks to its character, is also suitable for filter preparation. The medium roast process takes place in the Czech Republic, ensuring the coffee reaches customers shortly after roasting to offer a more pronounced aroma and flavour in the best possible condition.
