Thanks to the ability to set the correct height, you won't slouch unnecessarily at your desk, and you'll also be able to stretch your back, neck, and the muscles of your entire body while you work. Regularly alternating between sitting and standing also promotes natural movement and better blood circulation, which your body will appreciate during long hours at the desk. Although most of us sit while working, the ability to easily change your working position brings significantly greater comfort throughout the day.
Tabletop Included
The AlzaErgo Table ET2 height-adjustable desk comes with an AlzaErgo tabletop in black, measuring 160 × 80 × 1.8cm. The top is made of high-quality E1 class particleboard, and its edges are protected by PVC strips, which contributes to a long lifespan and higher durability for daily use. The surface is resistant to impacts, scratches, abrasion, and stains, and it is also very easy to maintain – it can be cleaned with common cleaning agents without worry. The top is not pre-drilled, but screws are included in the package, so you can manage the assembly with standard tools (e.g., a screwdriver, a tape measure, and possibly a cordless drill for pre-drilling holes).
Won't Let You Work in One Position
You can easily change the position of the AlzaErgo Table ET2 using the push-button control panel with a display showing the current height and other additional information. It includes a practical timer to remind you to change your working position, allowing you to fully concentrate on your work while ensuring regular movement.
