CSG glass with a high aluminium oxide content is characterised by its high durability, and it's not for nothing that it's used in military applications. It also undergoes very demanding tests, one of which is the Drop Ball Test, where the glass must withstand a 65-gram steel ball dropped from a height of 60 centimetres at least 3 times without damage. The glass has 2.5D rounding – it blends in better with the tablet and is more pleasant to the touch.
