The AMICA FS 18 TOB oven has a total of nine baking functions, covering most common and more demanding kitchen situations. In addition to conventional top and bottom heating, it offers fan-assisted baking, which ensures an even distribution of heat throughout the entire oven interior. This allows you to prepare multiple dishes simultaneously, on up to five levels, without them cooking unevenly. The rapid preheat function allows the oven to reach 180°C in approximately five minutes, significantly shortening preparation time for everyday cooking. The features also include a grill and a super grill, which are ideal for browning, preparing meat with a crispy crust, or quickly reheating ready meals without unnecessary drying.
Easy Maintenance Without Unnecessary Effort
The interior of the oven is coated with a special EasyClean enamel, which has a smooth surface without pores and recesses where grease or food residue would normally accumulate. As a result, dirt doesn't burn on as much, and maintenance is significantly easier than with conventional surfaces. The oven is also equipped with a steam cleaning function, which works by softening dirt with water vapour. Simply pour water onto a tray, select the appropriate programme, and once it's finished, wipe the inside of the oven with a damp cloth. The oven door and its individual glass panes can be easily dismantled, which facilitates not only internal but also external cleaning and helps to keep the oven in good condition for a long time.
Safe Use and Practical Design
For convenient and safe handling, the oven is equipped with a telescopic runner for one tray, allowing you to slide the tray out without needing to hold it in your hands. You'll appreciate this especially when working with hot and heavier dishes, as it reduces the risk of burns or spilling the contents. The multi-layered glass of the door, along with an internal cooling fan, helps to maintain a lower temperature on the outside of the oven, which is particularly important for installation in kitchen furniture. The internal halogen lighting provides a good view of the baking progress without needing to open the oven and disrupt the stable temperature inside.
