You can choose from 4 precise programmes: melting (40°C), simmering (70°C), slow cooking (90°C) and grilling (200°C). Maintaining these temperatures is possible thanks to intelligent algorithms that constantly monitor the cooking zone's temperature. The AMICA hob always selects the right amount of heating power needed to prevent energy loss.
When you need to cook with more power, use the Booster
Time is precious in the kitchen, which is why each of the four zones is equipped with a Booster function. The Booster maximises the power of the given AMICA hob cooking zone for a few minutes and, once it reaches a boil, it intelligently returns to the original setting. In combination with Power Management, which prevents network overload, you cook not only quickly but also safely and more economically.
