Magnesium L-threonate (Magtein®), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, colour: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silica.
Recommended dosage
Take 3 capsules daily 2 hours before bedtime. Wash down with plenty of water.
