Preparation and dosing
Porridge: Mix 1 scoop of OatMash (50 g) with 200 ml of hot water or milk. Mix everything well with a tablespoon. Wait two minutes. You can flavour the porridge with honey and garnish with fruit or nuts. You can vary the thickness of the porridge according to your needs.
Oat drink: mix 1 scoop (50 g) with 300 ml of water or milk. Use a blender or hand shaker. You can also mix OatMash with your favourite protein shake.
