Where in the body is collagen found?
Capsules containing high-quality collagen hydrolysate supplemented with MSM. Collagen is the basic building block of connective tissues. It is mainly found in bones, cartilage, tendons, ligaments and skin. It contains a high percentage of hydrolysed protein – collagen. Proteins contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

Recommended dosage
The basic dose is 6 capsules daily between meals. For increased physical exertion, the dose can be increased to 10 capsules per day. Always take with plenty of water.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature up to 25°C, protect from direct sunlight and frost.
