Ingredients
Psyllium (Plantago ovata husk) 80%, pineapple extract 10%, papaya extract, lemon extract.
Recommended Dosage
In the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before bed, mix 1–2 teaspoons in 250ml of lukewarm water and drink. Follow with another cup of liquid. You can use tea, fruit squash or juice. You can also add psyllium to yoghurts, porridges, and soups.
The maximum daily dose is 5 teaspoons per day.
Children aged 6 to 12:
1–2 teaspoons 1× daily.
Warning
Not intended for children under 6 years of age. The product may lower blood sugar levels. It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Fruit extracts may cause the mixture to harden, which does not affect its quality. After kneading the contents of the sachet, the product will become powdery again.
