Key Features of the Arlo Essential Gen. 2 FHD IP Camera

Arlo Essential Cameras Can Deter Uninvited Guests

As soon as the Arlo Essential IP cameras detect motion, you will receive a notification on your smartphone. You can then immediately see the intruder and take action. The IP cameras are equipped with an intelligent 80dB siren that can be heard up to 30 metres away. This siren can be activated automatically as soon as the camera detects movement.

Adjustable Privacy

Security is key, but privacy must also be respected. That's why Arlo has made it possible to set up privacy zones for the cameras. The Arlo Essential cameras will not record in these designated areas. Typically, these are neighbours' front gardens, public paths and the like.
