Aromanic Colombia Supremo

Coffee from Colombia

Colombian coffee generally has one of the strongest aromas on the coffee market. The taste is very rich and creamy, the fruity aroma, the subtle acidity and the very harmonious aftertaste are the best Colombian coffees. Imagine this country - from north to south there is a long mountain range on which coffee beans are grown, that is, from the Andes to the Cordilleras. Just as it would take a pilgrim to cross the entire country from north to south, it would take just as long to taste all the coffee varieties that grow here. But Aromaniac had already sent their pilgrim and he had already returned with the best coffee. The Colombia Supremo is characterised by its acidity, excellent body, beautiful aroma and delicate, well-balanced flavour. The term "supremo" means large grain.

About Colombia

Colombia is the second largest producer of coffee (after Brazil). There is a very different microclimate, which allows the coffee tree to ripen at different times of the year, so that the fruit can be picked all year round. Furthermore, Colombia does not have to worry at all about frosts, to which coffee trees are very sensitive. The beans are grown mainly from the Arabic coffee tree and are processed using the wet method due to the abundance of water resources. Coffee is a priority for the local economy, which takes very good care of coffee - e.g. all cars at the border are thoroughly disinfected when they enter the country.

Aromaniac Roastery

Since 2007, when they started with coffee, (they) drank too much. And it was the opening of our own roastery that gradually started to make more and more sense. He truly believes that anyone can fall for the taste and smell of coffee. And that's what they're worried about now. They make sure that coffee finds everyone, because one day it will find everyone. Seriously. You just have to know how to use it. The beans are roasted here in small batches every day. It's to keep it fresh. So you won't get any that are more than a few days old. Aromaniac doesn't want to offer you anything they don't drink themselves. That's why they carefully choose what goes through the roaster and what you get in your cup at home.
